This is a photo of the dam at Benton Pennsylvania. The weather in the Northeast of the U.S. has turned frigid, and the water flowing over this dam is freezing rapidly making for some spectacular ice formations. I stopped at the dam yesterday and then visited it again today, and the changes are remarkable.
