The Hummers

Nestled in the hillcountry just outside Ramona, California is a hummingbird sanctuary disguised as a private residence.

The delightful creatures came in droves just after sunset to get their sugar high. By then it was too dark to photograph them, so I am glad to have captured a few in the fading light.
