Lladina at the Chungará Conaf sign. Although I genreally don't like or go on tours, this one was good in that it provided transport into an area that would have been problematic for me to get to alone. A good variety of sights were seen and it was my first trip to high altitude. Going from seal level to 4500 m and back in 10 hrs is not really recommended. I got a bit of a headache but was otherwise OK. The tour was all in Spanish. Mine was improving, but thankfully Lladina could translate for me and tell me what I was looking at!
