All but one of these images were shot at 10 WILMINGTON PLACE in Dayton, Ohio during a short visit with my mother who resides there. The building and grounds are a spectacular architectural masterpeice which dates back to 1855. It was originally the state hospital but purchased in the 1980's by a private owner for $19.5 million and renovated to a senior retirement center. The 28 acres of grounds are coverd with muture maple and oak trees and a small pond. There are a couple photos in this gallery that show just the entrance and front porch. The building is a national landmark decorated in 1987.
