12 handbuilt in USA.jpg

Like film, now getting obsolete, this cornice model is a product of the past. My employer started this process in 1875 manufacturing intricate cornices and moldings for commercial buildings. What a lost art this has become which is a shame. Replicating this design would be a costly endeavor. The process could be advanced tremendously through current technologies however, architects today typically use 'straight edges'.

Wonderful patina. Effective lighting.
You are not the only one who loves decorative ceilings and cornices.
