We found this friendly little tarantula while walking the Watchman Trail in Zion at dusk. As you can see, I am trying to get my girlfriend to get closer to the spider so I can get some perspective on the size of the fury, friendly little guy, but my girlfriend looks horrified. I like this technically terrible picture just for the look on her face! Right after this picture, a Swedish guy came along and I excitedly asked if I could take his picture next to the spider? He goes "vhat, so eeh can jemp on me!?"
