We went snowshoeing at Gatineau park on the afternoon of February 25th. It was a perfect afternoon for it, too, as the next day the temperature went up to 7 degrees and it rained. I discovered that the roads in Gatineau park get turned into groomed cross-country ski trails in the winter, which made me want to try cross-country skiing, as well!
