Since 2000 the former biscuit factory has been transformed in a very lively, original cultural and social place.

Its name, The Lieu Unique, reminds of the Initials of the founders of the biscuit company Lefèvre-Utile.

All the structure of the factory have been restored and conserved and the inner space has utilised to create modern art exhibitions, a book shop, a café, a restaurant and even a Turkish bath.
