First of all, I trust nobody will make confusion between macarons and macaroni ( or maccheroni).
A macaron is a kind of sweet pastry made of egg whites and almond and filled with a layer of buttercream or ganache, like a little sandwich.
Usually they are of totally absurd pastel colours.
They can make one addicted very quickly….as in the case of Sergey, who had never tasted them before.
