Common name: High Mountain Cinquefoil, Fan-leaf Cinquefoil

Note deep lobes on upper half of leaf and sometimes a pair of small oblong leaf pair at mid point of flower stem.

HABITAT: Subalpine meadows, forest openings & open rocky areas
