Lithophragma tenellum

Common Name: Slender Woodland-star

H&C gives two varieties while USDA & ITIS give none.
var. tenella: found outside WA, (sc OR to CA.)
var. thompsonii: e side Cascades, from Okanogan and Grant to Yakima Counties.

Note white color of petals and emerging petals along with lack of veining. Stem is greenish. Basal leaves are generally 3 lobes, hairless, rounded.
Very similar to L. parviflorum which has more hair and lobes on its basal leaves and flower stem is purplish.
