looked over my shoulder and this guy was lying there. He would occasionally blink his eye but pretty much just sat there.

He and I started talking and naturally ended up talking politics. I found him quite informed for someone who hibernates over half the year. He generally let me do the talking.

A most gracious host. I left him some dried mangoes and nuts.
