Common Name: Olympic Larkspur, Rockslide Larkspur, Olympic Delphinium

Note distinctive multi-lobed (1,2, or 3 lobed) leaflets inside multi-divided somewhat fleshy basal leaves. Hairy inflorescence freely branches with dark blue petals. Straight spur. Grows in open rock scree.
