Balsamorhiza sagittata

Common name: Arrowleaf Balsamroot

No varieties:

Note single, 4 inch flower with hairy grey bracts on 1-3 ft stem.
Leaves are slightly smooth, olive-green, velvety on both sides.
Found throughout e. WA.
Similar to B. deltoidea which can have 2 flowers per stem and a few small leaves along with other differences.
