Anemone oregana

Common Names: Blue Windflower, Oregon Anemone, Western Wood Anemone

USDA lists 2 varieties:
var. felix: (Bog Anemone) >60 stamens, white or pink sepals, found in marshes near coast.
var. oregana: (Blue Windflower) <60 stamens, Sepals generally bluish but also reddish, purple, white.

Note numerous, extended stamens. Single, leafless flower stem, basal leaves may be gone by flower time, leaves are toothed and generally split into three.
