this is a picture i took today (08/12/05). she's angie, a half-thai half-american junior student in our school. i had one session with her before and i must admit that she's a very good model. a lot of people requested me to take more shots of her so this is just the start.

Hello Mr. Librodo! It is simply an amazing portrait. While "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, I don't know if someone would even think that such image doesn't gave justice to the word/phrase "a natural beauty". Your gallery speaks loudly of your exceptional talent. Mabuhay ka Kabayan!

Waheed, wake-up from your sleep! Slow down a bit man. I read your comments and I must tell you that I admire your honesty for letting out your feelings and emotions for this young lady here. In fact you are the most honest among the viewers of this gallery. You even spoke about "heaven" and invoke God's name. That's OK and understandable. But when you spoke about a dreamy "marriage" with this lovely young lady, you are in fact terrorizing every male viewer of this gallery and that is the bad thing. If you are an enterprising photographer just like me, pack up your D70 camera and lenses and venture to Thailand. Hire a huge elephant (like those you see in Manny's gallery) for art sake instead of a taxi. Look for this lady in her school and present your photography credential. If your credential is equal to or better than Manny's, then perhaps this young lady will allow for a pictorial with you. If not, accept your failure, hire another huge elephant and go back to your country and lo! start dreaming about her all over again. Me? Oh my G! Since I stumbled upon this photograph, I keep fighting my feelings and emotions. But unlike you I never sleep at all fearing that I might end up dreaming the same wonderful but crazy dream like yours.

I am in awe of of this shot. The concept of using the glass is admirable. I like this new 'style'. Well, I've learned a lot from you Manny regarding portraits. Last night I took the plunge and tried one at my daughter's school. I'd be honoured if you took a look at it. Teacher (who votes a lot) :)
