The place has been my home for 15 years where I raised 5 beautiful children. Now that most of them are in their teen years, I have been left with no choice but to build a bigger house in a near by village. Its quite close, one exit away from Filinvest Exit. Its off Sucat to the East facing Laguna de Bay area, just right beside Posada Village. The house is a block away from the Miraculous Medal church, an Catholic Shrine.

Description: The house is owner built. Remodeled the entire house in 2001 from ground up. Did not use any of the existing walls, except for certain strategic posts. Built in a 300 square meter lot, the floor area is approximately 280 sq. meters. it has 4 bedrooms with toilet and bath. Driver and maids qtrs, with shared external toilet and bath. It has a main kitchen and dirty kitchen facility. House has its own industrial depth deep well (250ft.) 12 stroke jack pump, over head storage (500 gallons with pressure tank). Spanish and Italian tiles; wood planks for the room flooring and overhead ceiling (entire house); strategic overhead halogen lamps and Alabaster Marble accent lights (with dimmers).

Kitchen top is granite, sala and dining flooring are Italian tiles, kitchen is spanish tiles. Ceiling for the entire house are wood planks. Windows are anodized aluminum. Each room is approximately 15-18 sq meters floor area. Masters bedroom around 25 sq. meters.

Furnishings included: Sala Set, Narra dinning table for 8, 2 units Elba stove for main and dirty kitchen, 6 cu, ft ref.; a/c for 4 bedrooms; mirrors for rooms and T&B. Queen size bed in master's bedroom. House has one active telephone line

Environment: House is beside a vacant lot to the left, and a house to the right. 1 block away from the Miraculous Medal Shrine. Neighborhood is composed of families with children ages 3 yrs old to early twenties.

The area is off Sucat exit in the south super highway. Paranaque Medical Center and Asian Hospital, Muntinlupa Medical Center are the closest hospitals. There are several schools, Benedictine, Woodrose, Southridge, Manresa & St. Rita College are the just near by , and will take no more than 15-20 minutes travel in the Manila traffic environment, roughly 3-4 kms in most direction around the BFHomes Paranaque. Golf courses around the area would be Southwoods/Sta. Elena/ Tat Filipinas/Alabang Country Club towards the south, Manila Golf, Villamor & Navy Golf Courses toward Makati area.
