Raul Cordero, more known in the BAS grade school and high school football team as "Braulio", is in Manila. Currently the pastry chef of ColorsRED restaurants from New York and New Jersey. A Graduate of the French Culinary Institute of New York, is running one of RED's restaurants in Agana Guam where he and his family is currently based. Came home last week to visit his sick father in Iloilo. Met at Bonifacio High Street just this afternoon to catch up. We're trying to organize a quick get together before he leaves this Wednesday.
