I like the natural look, and so are my settings..-1 contrast and -1 saturation, i think this works better for her nose:)

Your D300 pics don't seem to have much pop, compared to some of your other camera's(like D2H). Skin tones are better, and similar to Canon. But the pics seem less than vibrant, sort of flat and lifeless.
