Thanks, Mary Ann. Yes, that's all that's left of the paint on the poor old fence, catching the afternoon sun. :-) Fortunately the house isn't in similar shape. I think people are going to get really tired of my decrepit fence, but it's where the cool flowers hang out, so I do, too. I like the way the alstroemeria poke their heads through, as though curious about what's on the other side.

I love the sun (or white paint?) on the edges of the fence pickets. Excellent color and sharpness in this image. Glad you checked on "the other side of the fence" .
