Ever since grade 9, when I learned about lichens as the pioneers of the plant world, making way up barren rocks and changing them into soil, and about their symbiotic nature - the marriage of algae and fungi, I have been besotted by them./Kocham porosty od pierwszej klasy liceum, kiedy to poznalam ich mozliwosci zmieniania skaly w glebe oraz ich symbiotyzm pomiedzy algami i grzybami.
