Ballymaloe

We paid a quick visit to Ballymaloe House, Shanagarry, home to the famous cookery school run by the Allen family.
As we'd just had a very good breakfast in the B&B where we were staying, our sole purchase was a cheese knife.

A wonderful capture of this most inviting and interesting store. The rock work is beautiful and coveys a sense of strength. I suspect it would be a fascinating place to shop. Love the hand carved bench on the right. VV

Charming looking shop; too bad you couldn't eat there!
