I generally don't photograph my food but Monday is the busiest day of my working week, the Christmas decorations have been packed away and it was very cold, dull and damp outside.
While I don't make New Year Resolutions as such, I'm intending to make homemade soup at the weekends, so it's ready for lunch during the week.
If chicken soup is good for the soul, then vegetable soup is even better as no chickens were harmed in its making.
