That's because it WAS. It has been about 2.5 years already and counting, and thanks to Vladislav Putrid, the residue of The Bug, and a chronic inability to get my head around the many conjugations of the verb "Être" (or most of the other 134,999 words in the French language), I'm not entirely sure that this year is looking promising either.
Still, it's nice to see some blue sky for the first time in a month.
