The Women's Christmas

January 6th or the Feast of the Epiphany is known as Nollaig na mBan or The Women's Christmas in Ireland.
It's a day when women traditionally got a break from doing the chores so I decided to put my feet up and treat myself to some left over Christmas goodies.

warmth, cosiness, and relaxation so wonderfully expressed...since we men shamelessly duck chores most of the time, it is only fair women get a break too...in fact it should be more often...feet up three days a week each, and on the seventh nothing gets done..
