It's a good summer for the dog roses which are tumbling out of the hedgerows.

Doesn't look like Fudge, but I CAN imagine him tumbling out of the hedgerows. A 300 lens is an interesting choice for this, but it worked very well. The detail is nice and crisp, DOF is a bit deeper than a macro would give but the leaves add to it. The background is nice and soft and a very ruch mixture of greens and browns which gives the white of the rose something to stand out against. Overall, a very good image indeed.
