Oh!! Yes!! I discovered their green tips emerging in my garden during a recent January thaw, covered back up now with snow. I'll be seeing them blooming next month with luck!

Hooray! The first blooms of the season is certainly an uplifting sight. V

Beautiful.... Saw some at Charlecote, the other day, but didn't have my camera.... :-(
These may be the only drops of snow we get, it seems....

The name almost seems to be contrary in the circumstances. I like the deep greens that they're standing out against; it allows the stark whiteness of each bulb to almost "punctuate" the picture.

My goodness. Now I know I really live in the frozen lands! Our snowdrops won't be showing themselves for another 10-12 weeks yet! Gorgeous to see this, though. V

A very pleasing composition, and surely a precursor of spring. V.
