I'm very pleased with this flower as it means my orchid has come back to life.
I bought it in a supermarket way back in the Spring, enjoyed its blooms for
a couple of months and then expected that would be the end of it. I carefully
neglected it, just occasionally giving it some water, so much to my surprise
and delight it has now produced three stems bursting with buds and this
flower has even come into bloom. Orchids, which I thought expensive and
fussy, could prove to be my kind of plant after all.
Had a very busy day at work, then had to cover a protest rally about plans
to take vital services including A&E and intensive care from our local hospital
so I'll catch up on commenting tomorrow.
