I like to practice street photography. With a long IS zoom (75-300), it's easy to get into the middle of human interactions and capture amazing and candid espressions :). We were fortunate in Muenster that there was a street fair underway the night we went there, with live music, arts and crafts stalls, food, beer, and a very diverse crowd of people!
