Sousse Medina (old Town)

Sousse is with 90.000 inhabitants Tunisia's 3rd biggest town. It was founded in the 8th century and most of the tourist attractions are from this time. The Souk (market) in the Medina is divided into all the different sellers (spices, jewlery, butchers, carpets...).

Ah, happy days! There are some great photos of the Sousse Medina here. My favourite is the rusty old Citroen car, I took the same photo when I was there last year!
