This was as close as we could get. The whole park was closed on that day due to storm damage. I was surprised that they got it open again a few days later, but the trail from the North Falls trailhead to the bridge at the Winter Falls junction was still closed.

We talked with a very nice couple when we were at this viewpoint. Only later did we realize that we should have asked for an e-mail address. But maybe we'll run into them again sometime. It's happened before.
