This pole made in 1930's is on Cassiar Highway on way to Whitehorse. Cassiar is more like what the Alaska Highway use to be. Small Village has some 200 year old poles locked up from thiefs ,but 75 up faces the road. ( They all use to face the creek , but Canadian Government made them turn them toward road for tourist.
