I bought mine in 1955 at Jay's Sporting Goods in Clare, Michigan. It has traveled many miles on foot, horse, mule, canoe, boat, airplane for all these years. I was proud of it when it was new, and even more proud of it today. If only everything I owned was as well designed and manufactured as this, I would be a happy camper.
