This is an edited version of the previous untouched photo. I first ran it through Neat Image to remove the noise. Then, using Photoshop Elements, I straighten the image to get the horizon level. Then, I cropped out part of the sky and most of the buildings, then clone-out the highrise condo. I then adjusted the levels to achieve the proper color balance and contrast. I resized to 800 pixels wide, applied Unsharp Mask (Amount 300%, Radius 0.2 pixels, Threshold 0) to sharpen a little, and save for Web at 80 quality.
