A very unusual marker that I knew nothing about, when I took the shot.
This is in Westmoreland State Park. On a return visit in 2007 (see next photo)
I learned that there are a whole series of range stations associated with the
Navy weapons lab at Dahlgren, Virginia, up river from this point.
