The three islands directly above the peninsulas in the foreground are (according to OSI maps):
Illaungeragh, Carrigagour (the little one) and Illaunthieve (wuth a monument on it).
The little rock to Illaunthieve's left is the westernmost of the Coulagh Rocks.
Along the right edge of the photo are The Boar and The Sow of Sheelane Island.
