A very different-looking wind-powered device. Despite the stiff breeze
(as evidenced by the windsock) and the very large curved panels, the device was rotating slowly and steadily,
which makes me think there must have been an impressive array of gears within the building.
The setting sun gave it an other-wordly glow.
