Cherry-faced Meadowhawk

Found at the Blackbird Marsh in the Oxley Nature Center, Tulsa, OK. To my knowledge, when taken, the only photograph of a live one in Oklahoma.
Identification confirmed at Odonata Central. This is the far southern extent of its range.
