This is what a $307 hole looks like. I say that because this is Hole #1 of 13. Being inserted into each of these holes is a pier to hold up our house. The total is $4,000...thus giving me the figure of $307 and change for each hole. Without these piers, our house will continue to shift and settle, eventually leading to serious damage in the walls, floors, plumbing and so on.
