KCS is rebuilding the old Cotton Belt tracks that run from Rosenberg to Victoria.
The tracks have been abandoned for about 10 years, but now the price of gasoline makes it feasible
to ship the cotton and rice via rail rather than truck. I'm happy to see the KCS locomotives,
although I'm hunting for some with the new color scheme.
