Was a Dove

We are right smack dab on the hawk migration route. I see them everywhere.
I live next to an empty field that attracts White Winged Doves, the favorite prey.

This Winter, I find a pile of Dove feathers in my yard every day.

poignant....see piles of feathers in a local park from time to time, where both hawks and even coyotes prey on ducks and geese..
