There are some estates with acreage, on the edge of town. Homes are mansions with several acres of lawn, tennis courts and farm animals.
In Texas, you get a tax deduction if your land is used for livestock. I believe you have to graze 3 or more animals.
So most of the mansions have horses or goats grazing on the lawn. :)
