March 5th

Missouri CIty, Texas

I took this picture during my lunch hour errands.
The pear trees are blooming, but the rain storms will knock the flowers down.
We've had rain almost every day for ELEVEN weeks.

That's a lot of rain! Your photo is nice for me, still looking at snow and freezing temps!

Beautiful spring image Lynn...oh no so much rain....we all need sun to create a good mood...BV

The trees look lovely against that sky, but sad to think the flowers won’t survive. After gale force winds last week and snow tonight, I wonder if we’ll have any spring blossoms at all. V.

you will by now be acclimatised to and ready for Vancouver weather...the same coincidence happens here, as pear and cherry blossoms come out in April, yet are quickly blown away by then current rains..

That is horrible (the rain). The blooms are striking against the stormy skies. V

Such pretty trees in a parking lot, nicely photographed. A scene like this is couple of months off for us. V
