Sugar Land, Texas

I'm not a cook, but I do grill foods quite often.
I love beef, especially Texas beef.
Marinade with olive oil, lime juice and liquid smoke, some secret spices and a little time...

Spoken like a true Texan!

I am trying so hard to be vegetarian but still have cravings for bacon, sausage and occasionally a good burger. Hard to change a lifetime of eating habits.
