After such an exciting day yesterday, Jim and I decided that due to a bit of a 'bug' that was affecting me, that we would stay 'home' in the hotel today. I slept the morning hoping that I would feel better in the afternoon, and it worked. The others went on a Cusco/City ruins tour which by all reports was excellent. Walking around the hotel in the afternoon taking pictures was about all that I needed though for a tour today. We all met for drinks (pisco sours of course) at 7:00 and then walked to a local restaurant called Don Baco Wine bar. It was crowded but oh so good!
The ancient courtyard of La Libertador Palacio del Inka.
The interior lobby of the hotel, this place is incredible!
Even in these ancient surroundings, David, Ross and Leo feel they have to work
The hearty travellers!
These three young ladies told us they could not go home until they sold all of their finger puppets.
The alleyways by the restaurant
This stray dog turned down my cat treats, he preferred the garbage.
