It was freezing in my office, but I managed to thaw out once I figured out how to make the air conditioning blow warm air and how to switch on the central heating. Nice and cosy in my little space, I listened to the rain lashing down, putting off the moment I would have to brave the elements and walk to the Metro station. My stomach protested - it was telling me that it was time to refuel. By the time I got to the restaurant I resembled a drowned rat. I ate my caldo verde and my frango no churrasco, then drank my bica and came back to the flat to dry out. Not the weather for going out photographing, so I managed to make my way onto the balcony and capture some 'abstract' images of people walking past down on the street below. Let's hope for some finer weather this weekend. I think I deserve a bit of sunshine.
