I thought that I would treat you to a bit of colour today to make a change from the black and white fare that I have been dishing up recently. This one just had to be in colour, and who am I to argue with the gods of aesthetics? I am in a colourful mood today, despite the hot tap in the kitchen requiring a complete new barrel and washer (it came off twice today, resulting in our kitchen enjoying a fountain of hot water) and despite my computer switching itself off without warning (which it did three times in 20 minutes tonight). Why the happiness? Well, Celtic won - beating Dundee United 2-0 - and our new Japanese midfielder, Shunsuke Nakamura, appears to be the real deal. On top of all this, I managed to rip four years' worth of ivy growth off of a 10ft tall wall at the bottom of the garden AND I have just about finished clearing up the bottom of the garden and emptying out the washhouse. Hooray for me!
