My new tripod arrived unexpectedly today.
I was heading out the door when the doorbell rang.
And there was the man with the Amazon van a day early.
I quickly dumped my old tripod (which is hardly old: I got it for going to Lisbon last December).
The new tripod is bigger and sturdier.
And heavier.
I think we will get along just fine.
