As you can see, the nice weather has deserted us for the time being. I didn't let that stop me, though, and I braved the rain to leave the house and make a quick foray to the Riverside between the airport and Invergowrie, where I had intended to photograph the Heilan' Coos that are kept in a field beside the municipal coup. I parked up outside an empty factory and made my way towards the creatures, which stubbornly refused to get up off their big hairy arses to come over to the fence to have their photos taken. These celebrity coos can be an awfully unco-operative bunch at times. I did manage to get some pictures of them, but they were all from a distance and not the shots I had convinced myself I was going to get. After that slight disappointment, I returned to the car with the intention of finding a woodland dappled with sunshine and carpeted with bluebells. There were only two problems with that plan. Firstly, there was no sun to dapple: secondly, there were no bluebells to carpet. Instead there were plenty of withered daffodils and muddy puddles, neither of which really took my fancy. This left me with this, which is all you're getting today.
