Texas Tavern

Roanoke, Va

Another historic landmark of the Roanoke Valley and one of my favorite places to eat.

They serve a thousand people, ten at a time!

A composite of two images. One exposure for the outside of the building and a second exposure to not blow out the neon sign and the brighter inside of the building.

An establishment once owned, now by his son, by a fellow pbaser. http://www.texastavern-inc.com/

Another favorite I took of the TT. http://www.pbase.com/lundy/image/29897316

That brings back memories from a distant road trip in college days. Well layered!

Nice composite. Thanks for the links to what seems to be a great place for a good meal.
